This is a single barrel, cask strength, rye whisky made from locally grown organic rye and barley. A mix mashed combination of our grains that are fermented, distilled and aged 5 years in virgin American white oak at our distillery in Hartland New Brunswick.

Canadian Rye Whisky bottled at 66.5%alc/vol. The previous cask strength whisky releases have been award winning whiskies, and this one is sure to impress as well.
This is our third release of single barrel, cask strength, rye whisky made from locally grown organic rye, corn and barley. A mix mashed combination of grains that are fermented, distilled, and aged 3 years in virgin toasted American white oak and finished 2 years in our own ex-rye whisky barrel at our distillery in Hartland New Brunswick.
Mash Bill – 50% Organic Rye, 40% Organic Corn, 10% Organic Barley (non-malted grains)
